- EASY TO USE: The process is simple: First, draw your design on the shrink paper (frosted side recommended). Then, cut the pattern into shape. Preheat the oven to 165°C/329°F and bake for about two minutes until fully shrunk. Alternatively, use a heat gun with the shrink paper in a heat-resistant container until it stops shrinking, then flatten with a heavy object.
